Setting Up Automatic Flag Labor Hours

A repair phase can be set up to automatically flag labor hours when the repair phase is marked complete.

To set up automatic flag labor hours

1. Select Configure > Profiles from the menu bar.
2. Select your repair facility profile, and then select Edit from the mini-toolbar.
3. Click on the Workflow - Repair Plans link under Repair Management.
4. Select the repair plan, and then select Edit from the toolbar.
5. Select the repair phase, and then select Edit Phase from the toolbar. The Repair Phase screen opens.
6. Select the Flag labor hours for flat rate / commission employees when phase is complete option under Flag Labor Rules.
7. Select Add Line, and then select the labor type from the Labor Type droplist.
8. Enter a percentage hours value to flag in the Flagged % field.
9. Click OK.
